Male Model V2
Male Model V2 Beta “Adam”
One model Multiple outcomes
It’s a free model that you can use for personal & commercial without having to give me any credit.
I’d like donations but 100% optional.
This is not a blender tutorial or a stand alone program, It is simply just a 3d blender file.
Add-On “Node Wrangler”
If you head to the pose library you will find a few pre-set poses to use from.
Keep in mind that poses can be applied to selected bones only if desired,
for example different hand poses to each hand.
Also some of the poses can be applied over another, for example using a character pose and then selecting a body type pose afterwards.
If posing the model is to slow (Lagging to much) disable the subdivision modifier for the model.
I have set up the materials to have many possibilities with only a few textures (you will need the Node Wrangler add-on for them to work correctly)
If you go to your Node Editor and with the appropriate material selected you can set the following.
You get 4 texture types (Old, Warn, Normal & Clean) which connects to the skin color node that consists of (Pink, Yellow, Natural, Orange & Brown)
All the skin colors can be fine tuned, but make sure to do the same adjustments to the body color fine tune node.
For the basic hair textures there are 6 different ones ranging from head hair with & without beards, and no head hair with & without beards.
Make sure to use to bottom node handle from the head hair types and not the top.
Next we have the hair color nodes which consists of (Gray, Yellow, Red, Brown, Black)
These colors directly effect the hair models color which I will cover later bellow.
Under the hair color nodes is a basic normal map for the head, which you can switch on and off by enabling and disabling the normal map using your M hot-key.
You get 2 texture types (Warn & Generic) which connects to the skin color node that consists of (Pink, Yellow, Natural, Orange & Brown)
All the skin colors can be fine tuned, but make sure to do the same adjustments to the head color fine tune node.
We have the hair color nodes which consists of (Gray, Yellow, Red, Brown, Black)
They connect to a node area where you are able set it to body hair & no body hair.
Lower to the hair color nodes is a normal map for the body which consists of (Muscles, Normal, Skinny & Fat)
You get 8 different eye colors (White, Gray, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Brown & Black)
All the eye colors can be fine tuned.
In the Outlines you will find a 3 different hair models under Male/Models
Their hair color gets set when you adjust the hair color node under the head material.
All the best and you welcome to send me some samples of the cool things you've done with it.
